How to select products?
We employ a shopping cart to ensure ordering a product at Turnkey Buddy is a great experience. To place an order, select one of our product categories using the navigation menu at the top of our web site. Once within your selected category, you are able to see all of our products. To learn more about an item, click the product title.
How to place an order?
To place an order, add the product to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Once clicked, you may add additional products by repeating the steps above or you can checkout using the "Make payment" button.
Accepted Payment Methods
We process our payments using Paypal, as Paypal is secure, reliable and easy to use. Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account already, as Paypal will allow you to create one during the checkout process. If you prefer to pay using a different payment processor such as 2Checkout or Shareit.com, please contact us to receive a custom payment link.
Customer Support
Our customers are valuable to us, which is why we provide answers to your questions within 24 hours. Additionally, you will receive any and all product updates at no additional charge during the first six months starting from when you placed your order.
Product Delivery
Our products are delivered to you once your order has been verified by Paypal or other payment processors. Once the verification process has been completed, we will contact you by email and include your product as attachment. If you don't receive your product within 24 hours, it's most likely that your email provider did not accept our attachment or that our email was moved into your spam folder. Please contact us in case you don't receive our email within 24 hours and we will upload it for you instead of sending an attachment.
