Our Shoutcast Flash Player enables radio stations to embed a Flash radio player into their website. Advanced stream overlay functions prevent memory leak issues. Listeners require Flash Player 7 or later versions to listen. This product is cross-browser compatible. The product is licensed for one stream and only runs on your licensed domain name, which is hardcoded into the application to prevent piracy.
Customized Player Details
We will customize each player to include your station logo and a custom background color so the player fits into your web site. The flash source code for the player is NOT available. Be aware that our product will only work with mp3 streams, meaning m3u playlists, AAC etc. will not work. If your stream is a mp3 stream and available over the default black shoutcast status page (IP:PORT), our player will work. Requirements
In order to show the current song info, your server must support PHP with either fopen or file_get_contents to grab the details from your shoutcast status page. Ask your webhost if your server allows fopen / file_get_contents using a port URL like 123.123.123.123:1234 - Your host may need to allow your shoutcast server port within your firewall rules or the connection cannot be established.
IMPORTANT
Do not place an order for this product before contacting us first to discuss the specifications. Each player is custom work and we will need to know your stream URL / web site URL to create a custom demo before you make a payment. Customization Details
Customization includes designing the player so it fits your web site layout. You can either send us an image we can integrate into the player or we can come up with a design based on your web site colors. That said, customization means "everything related to the player design". Customizing the player functionality itself is not included. All players come with default features such as a volume bar, star/stop button, mute button and loading the current song info. If you require additional functionality, please contact us for a custom quote. We simply cannot recode the whole player at our current affordable price tag. However, our price tag does include all player design based work.
