Ani Phyo's Spicy Mixed Vegetable with Kelp Noodles This is what we had for dinner tonight. I made Ani Phyo's (P-yo) Spicy Mixed Vegetable Noodles, on p. 200 of Ani's Raw Food Asia. Within the sauce portion of the recipe it also included her Gochujang chili pepper paste. Yum! This is on p. 225. This meal was super easy to put together and extremely tasty. It states it's a 4 serving dish - my husband and I split this for dinner and it was perfect. I also think its a great dish if you want to try kelp noodles for the first time. You won't be sorry. They're a good source of iron and very low cal - the entire bag was only 18 calories.
