So here is what you need to make this tasty ground beef recipe: -Ground beef or course - make sure that you pick grass fed over grain fed always. It has over times the amount of omega 3 fatty acids and 1/3 the fat that our bodies don't need. Eating grass fed meat on a regular basis also reduces the chances of getting cancer, heat disease, depression, and ADD just to name a few. -Tomato Paste -Beef Broth -Coriander -Paprika -Sea Salt All you do is season the meat with the seasonings, put the paste and broth in the a pan on medium heat, then put the meat in the pan. Once the meat is ready just put it in a leaf of romaine lettuce and top it off with the paleo diet plan taco topping I made in a previous video which is loaded with delicious veggies.
