Well, it´s quiet far from the Bolognese Sauce but the two dishes shares some ingredients and they are both eaten preferably with pasta. So here you go, a creamy, sweet and easy to make, tasty sauce: Recipe for 6-8 persons 1 kg minced meat 2 medium sized onions 2 cubes of Chickenstock Half a tube of tomatopaste 2 tablespoons of Basil Half a liter of cream Tomatoketchup Blackpepper 1 tablespoon of Tarragon Cookingtime approx. 25 minutes |
